The divine glide pencil liner is a creamy gel eyeliner that combines the smooth, intense color of a pot gel with the control of a pencil It effortlessly glides across your eyelid or lash line without pulling or skipping. 
This specific type of eyeliner is highly pigmented, meaning it gives you a very bold, rich color in just one stroke. Most formulas offer a short "play time" where you can easily smudge and blend the line for a soft, smoky look before the product locks into place. Once it sets, it becomes a long-lasting, waterproof, and transfer-proof barrier that resists fading and smudging throughout the day. 
INGREDIENTS: 
Isododecane, Cyclopentasiloxane, PEG/PPG-19/19 Dimethicone, Synthetic Wax, Hydrogenated Polydicyclopentadiene, Nylon-12, C20-40 Alcohols, Perfluorononyl Dimethicone, and Polyglyceryl-4 Diisostearate/Polyhydroxystearate/Sebacate. It may also contain the colorants Iron Oxides (CI 77499), Mica (CI 77019), Ferric Ferrocyanide (CI 77510), and Black 2 (CI 77266).
