Shipping policy
Please note:
Processing times are separate from the shipping times at checkout. Due to high volume of orders during holiday sales or any sales could result in processing delays.
Any and all delays due to the postal service are outside of our control.
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping for orders over $100
Shipping cost are calculated directly from the USPS and UPS system based on weight and location. In order to offer the lowest prices possible on our items, we do not offer free shipping for orders under $100.
Processing/shipping fees cover the shipping postage, packaging, and labor in handling the order. We are a 100% women-owned and operated company that pays our team members above the standard living wage, which is reflected in our shipping and handling fee.
If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet shipped. If the order you want to cancel has already shipped, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. To cancel an order please email info@wanderlustbeauty.com. If the order has been shipped and cannot be cancelled, please refer to our return policy.
