How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping cost are calculated directly from the USPS and UPS system based on weight and location. In order to offer the lowest prices possible on our items, we do not offer free shipping.
This fee will cover the shipping postage, packaging, and labor in handling the order. Prices are calculated directly from the postal service you choose.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from our facility in California through USPS or UPS
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your package to arrive. Orders may take up to 3 business days to process before shipping. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
During the holidays please expect a longer shipping and delivery window. USPS and UPS experience delays at this time of year.
What do I do if my order contains a missing or broken product?
You can contact customer service at email@example.com. Please include your order number as well as photos of damaged products. We do not replace palettes for single shade damage and only offer a free replacement if the item is damaged beyond use. In the rare occasion that we offer an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
How can I update my order?
Contact customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that once an order has begun processing, we are unable to make any changes to it. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
How do I cancel an order?
We can not guarantee that your order can be cancelled before shipment as we generally do ship very quickly. Email us as soon as possible for the best chance at reaching us before it has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Wanderlust Beauty does not currently ship to international addresses.
When will a specific item be back in stock?
We do not have specific restock dates for products. Sign up for our e-mail newsletter to be the first to be notified!
What if I didn’t receive my tracking email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find your tracking email, please contact customer service at email@example.com.
What do I do if tracking says my package was delivered, but I never received it?
Contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS. If you have any further issues, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What do I do if my tracking shows no movement?
Contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS. We do not have access to any additional information other than what you see on the tracking link. If your order does not move for 30 days or more we will issue a refund.
I’m not happy with my purchase- how can I receive a refund?
We're very sorry the product did not work for you. Unfortunately all items on our website are final sale and not eligible for return. In the event that we offer the option to exchange an item - the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse.
How does the “Give $10 Get $10” work?
Whenyou send your referral code to someone, they will have to enter their email to claim the code. Once they place an order with the code, you will receive a $10 off coupon in your email & account. You will not receive the discount unless your referral places an order.
