  • I have a question! Where should I direct my message?
    • Please reach out to us at info@wanderlustbeauty.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. 
  • How much is shipping and handling?
    • Shipping cost are calculated directly from the USPS and UPS system based on weight and location. In order to offer the lowest prices possible on our items, we do not offer free shipping for orders under $75
    • This fee will cover the shipping postage, packaging, and labor in handling the order. We are a 100% women-owned and operated company that pays our team members above the standard living wage, which is reflected in our shipping and handling fee. 
  • Where does my order ship from?
    • All orders are shipped from our facility in California through USPS or UPS
  • When will I receive my order? 
    • Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your package to arrive. Orders may take up to 3 business days to process before shipping. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
  • What do I do if my order contains a missing or broken product?
    • You can contact customer service at info@wanderlustbeauty.com. Please include your order number as well as photos of damaged products. We do not replace palettes for single shade damage and only offer a free replacement if the item is damaged beyond use.
  • How can I update my order?
    • Contact customer service immediately at info@wanderlustbeauty.com. Note that once an order has begun processing, we are unable to make any changes to it. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
  • How do I cancel an order?
    • We can not guarantee that your order can be cancelled before shipment as we generally do ship very quickly. Email us as soon as possible for the best chance at reaching us before it has been shipped.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • Wanderlust Beauty does not currently ship to international addresses.
  • When will a specific item be back in stock?
    • We do not have specific restock dates for products. Sign up for our e-mail newsletter to be the first to be notified!
  • What if I didn’t receive my tracking email?
    • Check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find your tracking email, please contact customer service at info@wanderlustbeauty.com
  • What do I do if tracking says my package was delivered, but I never received it?
    • Contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS. If you have any further issues, please contact customer service at info@wanderlustbeauty.com
  • I’m not happy with my purchase- how can I receive a refund?
    • We're very sorry the product did not work for you. Unfortunately all items on our website are final sale and not eligible for return. In the event that we offer the option to exchange an item - the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse.
