How much is shipping and handling?
We have 3 tiers of shipping:
- Orders under 1lb is 4.99 (mailed through USPS First Class)
- Orders over 1lb is 9.99 (mailed through USPS Priority)
- Orders over $75+ is free shipping.
This fee will cover the shipping postage, packaging, and labor in handling the order. We are an women-owned and operated company that pays our team members above the standard living wage, which is reflected in our shipping and handling fee.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from our facility in California through USPS or UPS
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your package to arrive. Orders may take up to 3 business days to process before shipping. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
What do I do if my order contains a missing or broken product?
Hi we are sorry to hear that there is an issue with your order. Please fill out our order issue form so we can document and address your issue correctly. How can I update my order?
Contact customer service immediately at email@example.com. Note that once an order has begun processing, we are unable to make any changes to it. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
How do I cancel an order?
Unfortunately once the order is submitted it cannot be cancelled.
Do you ship internationally?
Wanderlust Beauty does not currently ship to international addresses.
When will a specific item be back in stock?
We do not have specific restock dates for products. Sign up for our e-mail newsletter to be the first to be notified!
What if I didn’t receive my tracking email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find your tracking email, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What do I do if tracking says my package was delivered, but I never received it?
Contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS. If you have any further issues, please contact customer service at email@example.com.
I’m not happy with my purchase- how can I receive a refund?
